Overview

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Product Manager with a proven track record in building and driving product adoption in CRM and Marketplace environments. You will own the product roadmap, develop effective go-to-market strategies, and lead design discussions to create high-value products that resonate with our target audiences. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and sales—to translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product strategies.

    Develop, maintain, and drive the product roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic vision and market opportunities.

    Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and business impact.

    Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature rollouts.

    Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product adoption and market penetration in both B2B and B2C settings.

    Facilitate regular design and technical discussions with engineering teams, ensuring alignment on product requirements and technical trade-offs.

    Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of customer needs and product functionality.

    Leverage analytics, customer feedback, and industry metrics to identify trends, measure product success, and drive actionable insights.

    Continuously monitor product performance, iterating on the product strategy as necessary.

Required experience

    A Bachelor’s degree or above (advanced degrees preferred).

    3-5 years of relevant experience in product management.

    Demonstrated experience building and driving product adoption within CRM and Marketplace environments across both B2B and B2C contexts.

    Proven track record in owning and executing a successful product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.

    Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts while managing trade-offs effectively.
