About We seek a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team and contribute to our people-first mission. As an HR Associate, you will be crucial in supporting the Human Resources department’s daily operations. You will be responsible for recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, records management, benefits administration, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. You will work closely with team members and leadership to ensure a positive employee experience and contribute to the overall success of the organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR, highly organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirement needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation sessions, and system setup
- Manage offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and maintaining a positive exit experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR management system, ensuring confidentiality
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and other employee data with precision
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, events, training sessions, and other employee development programs
- Support internal communication efforts to enhance employee experience and significantly build company culture
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR documentation
Required experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the software or tech industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
Bonus points
- Experience with modern recruitment tools and HR platforms
- Familiarity with employee engagement and retention strategies
- Previous experience in the tech industry or a software company is a strong advantage
