Overview

The Talent Acquisition Officer will play a crucial role in all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining the applicant tracking system, and supporting various HR functions as needed. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities

    Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability based on job requirements.

    Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information

Required experience

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

    Strong understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
