We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing data entry tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required experience

- Prior experience in customer service or data entry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills for clear and professional communication.
