Overview
The Goal is to fully integrate robotics, sensing, and AI into a humanoid robot with human-like dexterity and perception, and sufficient reasoning capabilities to execute a diverse array of tasks and continuously adapt and learn new ones. As part of the AI cycle, large language models (LLMs) are tightly integrated translating natural language commands into internal action models that are grounded in a 3D cognitive map of the world.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of high-performance embedded software and firmware for our AI-powered robotic platforms.
- Optimizing code for performance, power consumption, response time and memory usage.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure holistic system integration, from electrical to mechanical to software enigneering.
Required experience
- B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or comparable experience.
- 5+ years of experience in embedded software development, prefearbly with a focus on robotics or real-time systems.
- Strong proficiency in C for microcontroller programming.
- Experience with STM32 is an advantage
- Experience with MISRA C or automotive coding knowledge is an advantge.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.
