Overview
We are seeking a professional with 5+ years of experience to play a critical role in advancing the growth and success of our mobile gaming portfolio. This position will focus on enhancing user acquisition through data-driven strategies, with a strong emphasis on reward systems, offerwalls, and increasing user lifetime value (LTV).
Key responsibilities
- Lead high-budget user acquisition campaigns across major platforms, including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
- Optimize offerwall placements in mobile games to drive installs and increase user lifetime value (LTV).
- Manage DSPs like Unity, Liftoff, Chartboost, and Tapjoy to ensure campaign effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Leverage mobile measurement platforms (MMPs) such as Singular for event tracking, in-depth data analysis, and performance optimization.
- Perform deep analysis using tools like Mixpanel to assess campaign performance and user behavior.
- Oversee monetization strategies for mobile games, focusing on reward-based systems and offerwall implementations.
- Manage and optimize ad revenue using app-ads.txt and mediation tools such as IronSource.
- Implement and maintain robust fraud detection and viewability measures using tools like WhiteOps and Moat to ensure traffic quality.
- Integrate offerwalls and set up ad waterfalls to maximize monetization opportunities.
- Work with ad platforms like Cedato, LKQD, and SpringServe to manage and optimize ad tag delivery for maximum revenue.
- Handle technical operations, including offerwall integration and tag management, to ensure seamless ad delivery and high engagement.
Required experience
- Proven experience managing user acquisition campaigns for mobile games, with a focus on reward systems and offerwalls.
- Extensive knowledge of DSPs, MMPs, and mobile ad platforms (e.g., Unity, Liftoff, Chartboost, Tapjoy).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use platforms like Mixpanel for campaign optimization.
- Proficient in publisher monetization, including app-ads.txt, mediation, and fraud detection tools (WhiteOps, Moat).
- Expertise in ad operations and working knowledge of platforms like Cedato, LKQD, and SpringServe.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising, event tracking, and performance marketing across web, app, and programmatic environments.
Bonus points
- Experience with multiple ad networks and mediation platforms (e.g., IronSource, AdMob).
- Strong technical background in ad operations, including experience with waterfalls and offerwall integrations.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising trends, fraud prevention techniques, and viewability optimization.
